While we try to make every effort to ensure each of our candles are perfect, we are human. We take pride in our candles and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your candle is damaged or not to your expectations, our return policy is outlined below or you can reach us at info@elizafern.com Please include your order number in your email. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure our customers are satisfied.

SHIPPING TIMES

All orders ship from our studio in Riverbank, CA. Most orders will ship between 1-3 business days after an order is placed. The majority of our orders ship via USPS and arrive within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your items have left our studio.

DAMAGES

If any part or all of your order is damaged during shipment, please email infor@elizafern.com within 7 days of your delivery date. Please include your order number and a picture of the damage. A member of our team will be in contact with you to provide with possible options.

TO PROCESS A RETURN

Please contact us at info@elizafern.com within 5 business days of receiving your product to initiate a return. Please have your order number ready (available on your original confirmation email and the package slip enclosed in your shipment). A member of our team will be in contact with you to provide assistance.

If 5 business days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping charges and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Candle Care:

1. Keep wick trimmed to ¼'' at all times.
2. Allow enough time for the wax to melt to the end of the container to prevent "tunneling"
3. Avoid burning your candle for more than 3-4 hours at a time.
4. Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
5. Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire.
6. Place on temperature safe surface to avoid heat damage.
7. Keep away from drafts.

Wax Melt:

1. Break off 1-2 wax cubes from the brick.
2. Turn on wax warmer and place wax cubes in tray.
3. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
4. Reuse wax cubes for as long as the scent lasts.
5. To clean the wax melt from warmer you can add cotton balls to soak up the warm melted wax or wait until wax cools and hardens and pop the wax out of your tray.

Fragrance Spray

1. Shake well before each use.
2. Spray towards center of room or bedding or linens of choice.
3. Keep away from children and pets.
4. Do not drink.
5. Avoid contact with eyes and face.
